		<description>Not sure if this'd work for you, but our family recipe to delay gray hair is to eat cinnamon. My dad didn't go gray until well into his 60s and even that was more silver than gray. I'm 54 next month and only have gray on my chin but nothing on my hair. My two brothers are in their 40s with no gray hair yet. 

So it might be worth trying. I make oatmeal for breakfast, slice on a banana, dribble honey on that and sprinkle cinnamon to top it off. Even if it doesn't work, you still get plenty of fiber, right? ;)</description>
