Hey Aric, as a Northern girl myself I’ve got to agree with you there! It might be ‘Grim Up North’ but we’ve got some great bands up here: Editors, Kaiser Chiefs ,The Coral, The Zutons and not forgetting the mighty Verve who have just re-formed. Have you heard The Futureheads cover of the Kate Bush track ‘Hounds of Love’ ? – Brilliant!
